Your role:
- Serve as a Professional Support Lawyer for the corporate team
- This is a non-fee earning position
- Offer expert support to the corporate and commercial services division
- Conduct legal research and update templates and precedents
- Keep fee earners informed of legal updates and new developments
- Prepare seminars and training sessions for both internal and external clients
- Provide technical training and research insights
- Assist in the preparation of pitch documents and bids
What we’re looking for:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience as a solicitor or legal executive
- Ideally working at Associate or Senior Associate level
- Strong background in corporate law
- A creative approach to delivering engaging, interactive training
- Previous experience as a Professional Support Lawyer is an advantage but NOT essential
