What will you do?
- Advise on complex planning applications
- Section 106 agreements, Section 278 agreements
- General planning advice in respect of major development schemes in the waste sector, the affordable housing sector & private developer sector
- Enforcement issues, High Court litigation and public inquiry work
- Judicial review
- Planning and environmental due diligence on commercial and corporate transactions
- Act for planning authorities in relation to CPO work
- Advising developers, funders and purchasers on contaminated land and remediation liability
- Give advice on invasive & protected species
- Environmental impact assessment
What will you need?
- To be a newly qualified solicitor or legal executive
- You will need to have completed a planning seat - OR have up to 3 years’ planning experience
