Job OverviewWe are seeking a Band 6 Occupational Therapist with experience in musculoskeletal (MSK) therapy and inpatient care. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting patient rehabilitation, ensuring effective treatment and timely discharge planning in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide MSK rehabilitation therapy in both inpatient and outpatient settings
- Support patients with acute and chronic conditions, helping to enhance their recovery
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to create individualised care plans
- Manage a varied and complex caseload independently
- Minimum 6 months NHS experience (mandatory)
- Experience in MSK rehabilitation and inpatient care
- Ability to manage a complex caseload effectively
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
