About the RoleJoin our newly formed Business Assurance Team as a Business Assurance Technical Analyst. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping our processes, ensuring the quality and compliance of our financial advice. Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate technical changes and conduct calibration activities.
  • Provide training and support for Business Assurance Specialists.
  • Plan and lead thematic reviews and support the Business Assurance Lead.
  • Update internal systems and manage business assurance data trends.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders to implement process changes.
  • Support compliance monitoring, audit activities, and remediation cases.

About YouQualifications and Experience:

  • Experience in a Financial Services environment.
  • Broad understanding of Financial Planning markets, including Advice, Product Providers, and Lenders.
  • Knowledge of Financial Services Regulation (e.g., RDR, MIFID ll, SDR).
  • Strong analytical skills and a professional attitude.
  • Ability to cope under pressure and react quickly to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and management information systems.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Chartered Level 6 Qualified.
  • AF3 Pension Transfers (or equivalent).
  • CF6, ER1, CF8 (or equivalent preferred).
