We are looking for a RICS qualified Property Manager to head up the residential and commercial property management team covering the South West of England.

The Role

A diverse and expanding role involving hands on management of both residential and commercial property. Dealing with all aspects of property management from Client reporting, Landlord/Tenant liaison and appointment of contractors through to rent collection and complex service charge administration.

Main Duties

  • Identifying and obtaining new instructions.
  • Ensuring rents are collected promptly and forwarded to clients without delay.
  • Ensuring service charge reconciliations are carried out within 3 months of year end.
  • Properties are well maintained and compliant.
  • Work for other services is referred to the appropriate team.

Skills and Experience

  • RICS qualified and with experience in managing commercial properties and service charges.
  • Great communication and organisational skills.
  • Must be good with figures and a 'detail’ person.
  • Able to work under pressure both individually and as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated with good time management skills.
  • Able to assist other team members in answering questions, solving problems

Salary and Benefits

Salary from £50,000, commensurate with experience and skills.

Bonus scheme.

Car allowance/company car.

Private health care.

Hours of work - Full time preferred and will consider part time, flexible working.
