Job Title: Key Stage 1 Teacher

Contract: Temporary (Easter to Summer)
About the Role:We are looking for a passionate and experienced Key Stage 1 Teacher to join a school in Exeter for a temporary position from Easter to Summer. This role involves full teaching responsibilities and offers a great opportunity to make a significant impact on young learners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum.
- Assess and monitor students' progress, providing feedback and support where needed.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages learning and development.
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support students' educational needs.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively to ensure a safe and productive learning space.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Previous experience working within a classroom setting, particularly with Key Stage 1 students.
- A passion for education and a commitment to fostering a love of learning in students.
- An enhanced DBS on the update service or a willingness to obtain one.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
