The role:
We are seeking a qualified Maths Teacher to join a dedicated STEM department, delivering engaging lessons up to GCSE level. Whether you're an ECT or an experienced teacher, if you have a flexible, student-centred approach, we’d love to hear from you!
Key responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging Maths lessons at Key Stage 3 & 4

Adapt teaching methods to meet individual EHCP goals and IEP targets

Foster a supportive, trauma-informed learning environment

Work closely with students, families and a dedicated SEN team

Encourage academic progress and personal development
This school places a strong emphasis on relational practice and personal growth, using creative teaching methods to engage students both inside and outside the classroom.
What we’re looking for:

QTS or equivalent qualification is essential

Experience teaching GCSE English (preferred)

A flexible and adaptable approach to support SEMH learners

A passion for making education accessible to all students

Strong relationship-building skills and a student-centered mindset
