Field Service Engineer to join an industry leader in Water Technologies within the South West England, specifically in Devon, Exeter. As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support and assistance to our clients in the engineering industry. This is a permanent position, and you will be expected to work full-time hours salary up to £35,000 depending on experience with excellent company benefits.
As a Field Service Engineer your Job Duties will include:
- Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting for engineering equipment
- Perform installations, repairs, and maintenance of machinery
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships
Have you got the following experience or qualifications of a Field Service Engineer?
- Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of engineering principles and practises
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals
- Chemical Engineering
- Full UK driving licence
- At least 2 years of experience in a field service or engineering role
- Experience with the maintenance and repair of mechanical and electrical equipment
This role requires a Field Service Engineer with Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, excellent organisation skill, strong understanding of Health & Safety regulations.
As a Field Service Engineer, you will primarily work on-site at various client locations within South West England. This may involve travel and occasional overnight stays. You will be exposed to different environments and conditions, including industrial settings.
