In this role you will be joining a well performing small home, that is currently rated Good. Responsibilities
- Registered Manager for CQC
- Ensuring home is compliant and meets with all legal requirements
- Leadership of care team
- Recruitment, supervision and appraisal
- Reporting to Regional Manager
- Compliance and auditing
- Management of home occupancies levels
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Registered Home Manager or very experienced Deputy Manager
- Must be knowledgeable and experienced in working with older people in a care home
- Knowledge of PCS care planning and RotaCloud is desirable
- Good understanding and knowledge of regulations and legislation
- Level 5 Leadership and management in health and social care
