In this role you will be joining a well performing small home, that is currently rated Good. This is an excellent chance to join a small but growing provider that has the resource and senior management support to continue the growth and development of the home to deliver 'Outstanding' rated care. The home also benefits from a well-established and caring team.

Responsibilities

  • Registered Manager for CQC
  • Ensuring home is compliant and meets with all legal requirements
  • Leadership of care team
  • Recruitment, supervision and appraisal
  • Reporting to Regional Manager
  • Compliance and auditing
  • Management of home occupancies levels

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Registered Home Manager or very experienced Deputy Manager
  • Must be knowledgeable and experienced in working with older people in a care home
  • Knowledge of PCS care planning and RotaCloud is desirable
  • Good understanding and knowledge of regulations and legislation
  • Level 5 Leadership and management in health and social care
