Position: Project Manager - Lighting, Power, and Audio
Department: Projects
Reports to: General Manager
Location: Based at our Head Office in Peterborough, with travel to project sites required.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM; flexible for project needs. Average 48 hours/week with paid overtime.
Salary: £43,000 - £50,000 (dependant on experience) + Benefits

About the Role:

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish. This includes client communication, project planning, resource coordination, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements, develop project plans, and manage project execution on-site and remotely. The role involves overseeing a range of projects covering lighting, power, and audio systems, requiring strong technical knowledge and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead site meetings and client communications.
  • Prepare quotes and tender submissions.
  • Design lighting, rigging, and power systems; manage crews and logistics.
  • Create CAD drawings and lighting designs.
  • Coordinate with warehouse for equipment readiness.
  • Manage project budgets and procurement.
  • Ensure compliance with tech and regulatory changes.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives.
