This role involves managing the entire process, from handling customer enquiries to processing orders, advising on textile options and offering alternatives when needed.

You'll liaise with the warehouse, procurement team, and couriers to ensure smooth order fulfillment, keeping clients updated throughout.

Key Responsibilities in Customer Service:
