My client is dedicated to delivering quality products and exceptional customer service across various industries. As part of their dynamic team, you will support their mission of providing outstanding service and value to customers.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Client Support: Serve as the first point of contact for inbound client calls, assisting with queries, resolving issues, and ensuring clients receive excellent service at all times.
  • Account Management: Set up new client accounts, manage online platforms, and ensure CRM records are accurate and up to date.
  • Product & Order Management: Update product listings on websites, process client orders, and make adjustments as necessary to reflect product changes or order requirements.
  • Internal Administration: Maintain internal filing systems, support administrative tasks for the Customer Service team, and ensure smooth coordination between clients and our warehouse team.
  • Order Management: Set up standing orders for both new and existing customers, ensuring efficient order processing.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Self-Motivated: Able to take initiative, manage time effectively, and prioritise tasks efficiently.
  • Resilient & Confident: Comfortable handling multiple tasks and maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.

  • Previous Experience: Ideally, you’ll have experience in customer care or a similar administrative role, with a professional telephone manner and excellent written communication skills.
