Your new companyJoin a global leader, dedicated to innovation with a large customer service function as they take on a transitionary project. To support the team, we require 2 Customer Service Representatives for a period of 6 months, supporting customer journeys.Your new roleReporting to the Services Manager, you will deliver an effective customer experience by:

  • Answering inbound customer calls.
  • Receiving and processing customer orders.
  • Managing the day-to-day requirements of our customers.
  • Logging and resolving customer queries/complaints etc. via CRM.
  • Liaising with internal and external departments to resolve issues/queries in a prompt and efficient manner.
  • Working closely with other departments to ensure customer orders are shipped to the highest level of service.
  • Keeping and maintaining records of all orders and relevant documentation for easy reference.
  • Processing credits subject to an appropriate level of authorisation.
  • Ensuring all Internal Controls are complied with.
  • Scanning all customer credit records and files on the computer system

What you'll need to succeed

  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Good organisational, problem-solving and administration skills.
  • Able to use own initiative and make decisions within the remit of the role.
  • Use of Microsoft Office, ERP and CRM systems.
  • Enthusiasm and flexibility, a team player.
  • Confident communicator.
  • Strong customer-facing skills, including clear and precise communication.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities whilst hitting deadlines, targets and KPIs.
