CMA HR Division are delighted to be working with a growing organisation to hire a HR Advisor on a permanent basis. Reporting into the HR Manager, this role serves as the first point of contact for people queries, supporting and coaching line managers on various issues, including employee relations, policies and processes. What will the HR Advisor role involve?

  • First point of contact for managers, providing advice on people-related issues and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
  • Support the People & Culture Manager in developing, maintaining, and improving people processes and services.
  • Assist in delivering strategic projects and driving organisational performance by aligning with core business objectives.
  • Regularly review and update policies, ensuring alignment with current legislation and best practices.
  • Oversee employee lifecycle processes, including performance management, absence monitoring, induction, and payroll preparation.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior People & Culture team members and assist in their training and development.

Suitable Candidate for the HR Advisor vacancy:

  • Confident with the use of Microsoft Office
  • CIPD qualified (desirable) 
  • Confident leading casework and advising on policies 
  • Driving license and access to a car
