An exciting opportunity for a post or pre qualified Conveyancing Solicitor to join an expanding Legal team in Southampton based in their Segensworth office.
Role and responsibilities include:
- To take on and manage a busy case load with minimal supervision.Â
- General admin tasks such as opening new client files, sending out client care letters, filing, photo copying and management of your appointment and training diary.
- Setting up, maintaining, and running a good size case load from start to finish to include exchange, completion, registration and archiving.
- Submitting searches, receiving, and reviewing mortgage offers, reviewing the title documents and protocol documentation and raising additional enquiries, reporting to clients on all the above
The successful Candidate:
- Have a minimum of 3 years previous experience, ideally this would be post-qualification but if you have pre-qualification experience in running a caseload autonomously you are still encouraged to apply. Â
- Excellent IT and Admin skills
- Medium to Long term committment to the firm
