Job Title: Service Advisor
Location: Fareham
Salary: 30,000 per annum + Quarterly Bonus (approx. 500)
Working Hours:

  • Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
  • Friday: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM (1-hour lunch)

About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our client. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer maintenance queries and scheduling appointments with trusted service partners. You will be the main point of contact for customers, providing expert advice and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with maintenance queries, providing clear and accurate advice.
  • Schedule appointments for vehicle servicing and repairs, ensuring smooth coordination between customers and service partners.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure all service needs are met promptly.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in a Service Advisor role in an automotive environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Problem-solving attitude with a customer-focused approach.
  • Proficient in using computer systems for record-keeping and scheduling.
