Are you passionate about supporting young learners in a nurturing environment? We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant - Faringdon to join the local Primary school's team at a warm and welcoming Church of England Primary School in Faringdon. This is a part-time, job share position working 3 days per week (Wednesday to Friday), with an actual salary of approximately £9,035 - £9,186 per annum (depending on experience).
Teaching Assistant - Faringdon Key Responsibilities:
- Provide classroom support to ensure all pupils can thrive in their learning environment
- Work closely with the KS1/KS2 class teacher to support the educational, emotional, and social development of pupils
- Assist with small group or one-on-one activities, tailored to individual student needs
- Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere in line with the school's values
Key Responsibilities:

Personal qualities:
