Study Support for Corporate Governance Qualifications

Key responsibilities:

Prepare and handle board meetings, including agendas, minutes, and resolutionsProvide expert advice on corporate governance matters, including the incorporation of companiesAssist with updating statutory registers and filing documents with Companies HouseSupport due diligence efforts and manage data rooms for corporate transactionsConduct company and completion searchesProvide advice and support to property management companies, including assistance with handoversAssist team members with research on current developments in corporate governance

Qualifications and experience:

Ideally, CGI-qualified or part-qualified

Proven experience in a company secretarial or corporate governance role

Experience within professional services, ideally within the lawStrong organizational and administrative skillsExcellent attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteA proactive and problem-solving approach
