Title: Order Processor

Location: Frimley

Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process a high volume of incoming orders within agreed SLAs
  • Coordinate with indirect channel partners to fully understand order requirements
  • Liaise with other members of the order management department to assist any queries or issues raised
  • Maintain accurate records of order status, delivery, and tracking

Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in order processing and management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organised to coordinate with other departments effectively
  • Confident CRM/ order management database user
