  • Administrative support of site facilities management
  • Various other regular and ad hoc administrative processes and projects as required
  • Weekly timesheet collection and data entry into the ERP System
  • Various other regular and ad hoc administrative processes and projects as required.
  • Asset Management support – working with colleagues and external providers to ensure assets are serviced and/or calibrated according to agreed schedules.
  • BMS Document Management – Lead the ongoing maintenance of documented information.
  • Track renewable events for health and safety and liaise with trainee and training provider to ensure training is planned, delivered and recorded.
Key Skills
  • NVQ Level 4 Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Advanced level in at least one of the following: MS Excel, MS Word or MS PowerPoint.
  • Intermediate level in all the following: MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint.
