I am seeking a skilled Architectural Technician with strong technical abilities to join a RIBA-chartered practice in Farnborough. This forward-thinking team is dedicated to sustainability and delivers a diverse range of residential and commercial projects through all RIBA stages.
The ideal Architectural Technician will have significant experience post-qualification and a track record of working through RIBA stages 0-3. Strong technical abilities are essential, alongside proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician:
- Relevant degree or an HNC/HND in Architectural Technology
- CIAT accredited, or working towards
- Significant post-qualification experience in a UK-based practice
- Confident working through RIBA stages 0-3
- Complete design & access statements
- Excellent knowledge of current UK building regulations
- Conduct site visits & surveys
- Liaise with clients, contractors and the wider team
- Confident working independently or as part of a team
- Must live within a commutable distance to Farnborough
- Revit and AutoCAD proficiency is essential
