Residential Property Administration Manager

We are seeking a Residential Property Administration Manager to lead and develop our Residential Property administration team. This role is pivotal in providing guidance to team members and overseeing the administrative functions to ensure accuracy and efficiency. The successful candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of departmental processes and the ability to identify and implement improvements.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Lead and develop the admin team to provide excellent support to Fee Earners and clients.
  • Train and develop existing and new staff, including leading recruitment for the admin team.
  • Manage the preparation of agenda, minutes, and data for departmental meetings.
  • Oversee diary management and scheduling for the Head of Department (HOD).
  • Manage the monthly billing process and carry out Fee Earner administration meetings.
  • Prepare for and provide feedback on departmental business development meetings.
  • Assist with department objectives, including reducing aged debt and maintaining accurate WIP.
  • Establish and integrate the remote support team with the UK team.
  • Maintain high standards in client and agent relationships.
  • Handle post-completion matters and support the Residential Property team with various administrative tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 4 years of previous experience in Conveyancing Administration.
  • Proven team management experience.
  • Ability to build and lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exemplary attention to detail and robust organisational skills.
  • Capable of working independently with a proactive approach.
  • Clear and confident communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
