They believe change is achievable when offered by a flexible, respectful, inclusive and a non-judgemental approach.  Our values are Kindness, Integrity and Commitment. They are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Interim Service Manager.  Salary: £33,000 - £37,000Hours: 35 hoursDuration: 6 – 9 month contractCompany Benefits:  26 days annual leave pro rata (rising with service) + bank holidays + 1 extra days leave on your birthday, Pension, Access to Simply Health, Blended working, Employee discount programme and more…. Location – Hybrid – Home / Woking and some travel across Surrey (Mileage will be paid) Our client is making a positive impact in the community by providing essential mental health support to those in need.  The Service Manager is a critical role, ensuring the smooth operation and management of their services during this interim period.  You may be managing existing services and involved in the setting up of new services.  It is important that you are able to drive continuous improvement, building strong relationships with delivery partners, providing high quality services, on budget and inline with the service specifications.  Building a culture where staff are valued and listened to is key and working hands on to develop and manage your teams. Key Responsibilities:People Management:
  • Lead, mentor and support a dedicated team of service staff
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback
  • Ensure staff adherence to organizational policies and procedures
Data Reporting:
  • Oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of service data
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry and reporting
  • Utilize data to inform service improvements and decision-making
  • Prepare detailed reports for senior management and stakeholders
Management of Service Contract:
  • Monitor and manage the service contract to ensure compliance with terms and conditions
  • Liaise with external partners and stakeholders to maintain strong working relationships
  • Ensure services are delivered within budget and to a high standard
  • Identify and address any issues or risks related to the service contract

  • Proven experience in a management role within the charity sector or a similar environment
  • Worked within Health and Social Care delivery services to people
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent data analysis and reporting abilities
  • In-depth understanding of service contract management
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
  • An understanding of Safeguarding policy and practice
  • Knowledge and skills of engagement, motivational, and behaviour change approaches
  • Ability to travel and work flexibly
