- Continuously improve the service delivery
- Develop new projects and identify other projects that would match the charities ethos
- Focus on health and safety of delivery service, keeping clients and employees safe
- Improvement of service delivery against service contracts
- Collaboratively working within the communities and specialist outreach portfolios and projects and other support functions
- Working in partnership with key stakeholders to deliver smooth running, on budget services
- Experience of developing and maintaining effective partnerships across all levels
- Experience of operational management, governance, performance, contract monitoring and outcome reporting
- Ideally you will have experience within a charity / health or social care
- Financial planning and budgeting
- Staff development and supervision
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
