Recruitment Resource Administrator

Due to expansion we are looking for a Recruitment Resource Administrator to offer vital support to our Technical Recruitment Consultants, who work across the exciting sectors of Formula 1, Motorsport and High Performance Engineering.
This role would suit someone who is either currently working in a recruitment/administrative support capacity (agency/HR team) or is keen to pursue a career in recruitment.
As a Recruitment Resource Administrator, you will assist the Technical Recruitment Consultant with the day to day running of the candidate experience. This could involve messaging candidates, reviewing and screening applications, uploading profiles onto the CRM, administering candidate records and scheduling interviews.
The role requires good all-round IT knowledge of Microsoft packages (such as Outlook, O365, Word) and whilst not essential, experience with LinkedIn and CRMs or ATSs (such as Workday, Bullhorn, Recruit CRM, Vincere or similar) would be highly beneficial.
