Our client is looking for a Legal Secretary to join their Corporate and Commercial team. This is a fantastic opportunity to become a key member of the support team within a growing and successful firm.

Key Responsibilities:
- Providing general secretarial support including opening files, preparing documents and emails under the fee-earner’s direction.
- Client onboarding.
- Typing up digital dictations.
- Diary management (booking appointments and meetings).
- Electronic filing and archiving.
- Producing legal documents from mark-ups, to include formatting and cross-referencing.
- Invoicing.
- Dealing with client enquiries both in person and over the phone.
- Liaising with the Accounts Department over invoice and other accounting queries.
Experience and Skills Requirements
- Must have previous legal secretarial experience or an interest in law.
- Computer literacy with good keyboard / typing skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
- Previous experience of practice management systems, CRM systems and digital dictation is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A high standard of client service.
- Excellent organisational skills, effective prioritisation of workload and time management skills.
- Ability to work both on your own and as part of a team.
