Our client is seeking a Senior Service Desk Manager to oversee the service desk's operations in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This role is essential in ensuring outstanding customer service and improving overall operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities· Oversee service booking requests and allocate workloads effectively· Coordinate the dispatch of service engineers· Manage the daily diary and ensure smooth logistical operations· Maintain professional and timely communication with customers· Schedule routine services, quoted work, and revisits for faults· Close completed jobs within the system· Support the Service Desk Manager with key tasks· Assist with key accounts and manage customer complaints· Act as the first point of contact for clients· Provide support to field engineers, ensuring they have the necessary equipmentRequirements· Previous experience scheduling engineers or booking trades· Experience with SIMPRO is essential· Ability to manage a busy, fast-paced role with shifting priorities· Strong customer service skills and a commitment to excellence· Experience leading and supporting team members
