We are looking for a hard-working and motivated Warehouse Operative for an expanding team in Farnborough. This role offers the opportunity to grow and develop within this department, or within the wider business, as the company continues to expand internationally. Salary offered will be based on experience, and this position may suit a college leaver looking for a start in a fantastic business providing ongoing training and development. The role involves:
  • Picking products accurately in accordance with packing lists.
  • Booking-in stock receipts onto the system and filing accurately.
  • Putting stock in the correct location in a tidy and safe manner.
  • Filing delivery notes and collections manifests.
  • Liaising with customers and their freight forwarders to ensure that all shipments are collected and despatched within customer requirements.
  • Dealing with any issues relating to freight forwarders and shipments.
  • Packaging spare parts kits.
  • Maintaining a neat and tidy, safe working area following 5S principles.
We’re looking for:
  • A genuine team player with a keen focus on customer satisfaction.
  • A flexible, enthusiastic approach to work.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to follow a process.
  • A can-do attitude, focused on getting the job done well.
  • The ability to pick up new systems and machinery, some Microsoft Office skills.
  • A forklift license and manual handling certification would be ideal, but these can be gained whilst in the position.
