Business Support Administrator Responsibilities:

  • Provide support in issuing monthly invoices to clients for Managers and Directors
  • General admin support for across all departments
  • Scan all documentation onto the document management system
  • Maintain electronic and paper filing systems
  • Manage and complete tasks on the Business Support Ticketing System (Jira)
  • Open incoming post, scan and allocate
  • Prepare outgoing post and deliveries
  • Provide reception cover over lunchtimes and answer overflow call
  • Route calls to relevant people and take messages
  • Collect deliveries from reception, distribute and record on facilities spreadsheet

Essential Personal Attributes for theBusiness Support Administrator:

  • GCSE or equivalent in Maths & English Grade 5 or above
  • 12 months plus administration experience
  • Graduates seeking their first role considered
  • Confident in the use of MS Word and Outlook and have basic level Excel skills
  • Experience of using CRM databases advantageous. Training will be provided on in-house systems.
