- Handle invoicing, report generation, and closing off tasks
- Maintain tariffs to minimise queries and update them regularly
- Engage in new business opportunities and provide rate quotes
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Process and confirm rates, manage delivery notes, and chase PODs
- Liaise with operations and accounts to resolve queries
- Experience in customer services within a busy traffic office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and within a team
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications and excellent organizational skills
