We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Supervisor to be the first point of contact for my clients customers. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and develop our customer service department.Onsite- Felixstowe What We Offer:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the department to ensure smooth operations
  • Keep customers informed and satisfied with our services
  • Handle invoicing, report generation, and closing off tasks
  • Maintain tariffs to minimise queries and update them regularly
  • Engage in new business opportunities and provide rate quotes
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
  • Process and confirm rates, manage delivery notes, and chase PODs
  • Liaise with operations and accounts to resolve queries
What We Need From You:
  • Experience in customer services within a busy traffic office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and within a team
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications and excellent organizational skills
