Key responsibilities include planning loads and routes, maintaining relationships with hauliers, and communicating with drivers and customers.
The role requires good communication skills, knowledge of UK geography and regulations, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Working within the transport office in Felixstowe, you will be assisting in the routing , planning and support of the HGV fleet of vehicles, the drivers and the general operation of the business within one of Europe’s leading trailer companies.

£30,000 - £40,000 DOE

7am - 4pm/8am - 5pm/9am - 6pm

Planning of loads and routes
Maintaining haulier and subcontractor relationships
Working within a team
Communicating with drivers and customers
Dispatch and tracking trucks

Skills and competencies:

Good communication skills
Trasnport planning experience
Experience in trucking/haulage industry
Good communication skills
Good knowledge of IT systems
Candidates must be able to demonstrate a basic knowledge in UK geography, driver hours and law, trailer transport, shipping ferry/port knowledge and last but not least UK haulage market.
