Our Felixstowe client is looking to recruit an experienced Fleet Controller to join their busy team
Duties
Action Daily Defects- Create appointments- Follow up bookings etc
Populate Driver calendar(Rests & Holidays 26 weeks)
Print D14s Reports for wages & give to Accounts
Complete outstanding TOPs Appointments
1000 hrs- Daily defect report- Chase drivers to complete
Update & chase service sheets- Check tyre depths & inform Trinity Tyres if work is required
Check Truck & Trailer Services- Remind Operators
WTD RHA Report(D32/D31)- Email supervisors & operators the reports, Highlight drivers close to 48hrs.
Organise Tacho downloads for Agency drivers working daily
Tie up manual defect reports from previous week- Check off against missing daily defects(Scan into TOPs)
Weekly Wash Report- Upload from TOPs & Email Operators
Populate Truck & Trailer service appointments for next week, Email to supervisors & operators
Monitor Volvo Connect & ensure all drivers are filling up with fuel at the end of the week- Remind Agency drivers of the Ad Blue and Fuel card process
Additional Duties
- Assist Fleet Supervisor in daily duties(Help cover driver shortages with Agency etc)
- Run Missing Mileage report and assist with investigating them
- Deal with daily defects/breakdowns
- Assist Driver trainer with licence checks(Quarterly)
