Airfreight Import Operator required to join an established agent.
Responsibilities
路 Understanding the accounting, financial processes, and requirements路 Ensuring good negotiation and contractual conduct and commercial awareness 路 Delivering excellent customer care whilst managing client鈥檚 expectations路 Ensuring estimates are allocated for all expected costs and sales invoices are raised in a timely manner in accordance with our invoicing policies路 Ensuring all files have been costed, charged and completed correctly 路 Promoting to clients and potential clients all services
Essential Skills and Experience
路 Previous experience in an Air Import role preferably 2 years minimum start to finish including Customs entries路 Maintain and build good working relationship with all customers路 Adapt a professional manner always displaying a positive attitude路 Experience using MS Office - Excel, Word and Outlook路 Have excellent attention to detail路 Driven and self-motivated路 Proactive problem-solving capability路 Flexibility and adaptability路 Ability to work to deadlines and meet targets路 Be a proven Team Player路 Good time keeping
The hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm
