Senior HR Business Partner 

Location: West London - Hybrid (2 days from home)

Salary: Up to £60-65 k per annum 

Role Overview: Our client has engaged us to support them in finding them a Senior HR Business Partner to develop effective relationships with key stakeholders, to ensure the delivery for the strategic and operational people business plans.  You will be responsible for understanding and interpreting business requirements, tailoring the HR plans, including policies and projects which align to the strategic journey of the business. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop the people strategy and roll out to the business 
  • Understand the resource requirements putting plans in place 
  • Deliver and implement the HR strategy
  • Lead on organisational growth and business change projects 
  • Monitor workforce trends, analyse data and provide business insight to support appropriate initiatives

Requirements:

  • Previous experience at HR Business Partner level 
  • Excellent knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
  • Experience with TUPE and consultations
  • Exceptional stakeholder relationship skills
