HR & Recruitment Advisor

Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum

Location: Ferndown, Dorset (Hybrid working options after probation)

Hours: Monday - Friday

They are seeking a passionate and results-oriented HR & Recruitment Advisor to join their vibrant team.

In this role, you will play a vital part in their continued growth by:

  • Driving Recruitment Success: Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing top talent to onboarding new hires.
  • Developing HR Strategies: Implementing data-driven HR strategies aligned with business objectives and employee needs.
  • Providing HR Guidance: Offering expert HR advice and support to all employees across the organisation.
  • Ensuring Compliance: Maintaining and updating HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance.
  • Collaborating with Leadership: Working closely with the Head of People and Culture to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

Skills/Experience Required as a HR and Recruitment Advisor:

  • Proven experience in an HR or Recruitment role.
  • Strong understanding of UK employment law.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proactive and results-oriented with a passion for HR.
  • CIPD Level 3 qualification or equivalent experience.
