The Role

We are currently looking for a Recruitment Consultant / Delivery Consultant to join our fast-paced public sector team. The role will focus primarily on managing temporary vacancies across multiple disciplines within the public sector, ensuring that each day presents new challenges and opportunities.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering recruitment solutions and building strong relationships with clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing recruitment campaigns for multiple public sector accounts
  • Working closely with clients to understand their staffing requirements
  • Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for temp roles
  • Managing the candidate lifecycle and maintaining strong candidate relationships
  • Achieving targets and KPIs within a fast-paced environment

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous recruitment experience is advantageous, but not essential
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Motivated, with a passion for delivering excellent service to clients and candidates
  • A proactive and self-driven attitude
