The Role
We are currently looking for a Recruitment Consultant / Delivery Consultant to join our fast-paced public sector team. The role will focus primarily on managing temporary vacancies across multiple disciplines within the public sector, ensuring that each day presents new challenges and opportunities.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering recruitment solutions and building strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing recruitment campaigns for multiple public sector accounts
- Working closely with clients to understand their staffing requirements
- Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for temp roles
- Managing the candidate lifecycle and maintaining strong candidate relationships
- Achieving targets and KPIs within a fast-paced environment
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous recruitment experience is advantageous, but not essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Motivated, with a passion for delivering excellent service to clients and candidates
- A proactive and self-driven attitude
What We Offer:
- A competitive base salary of £25,000 - £30,000
- An excellent commission structure with OTE of £55,000
