Part-Time Finance Assistant

Hours: 2 Days per Week
Our client, a well-established organisation in Flint, is seeking a Part-Time Finance Assistant to support their finance team. This is a great opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a strong finance background who is looking for flexible, part-time work in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Invoicing: Accurately prepare and process sales invoices.
- Credit Control: Manage customer accounts, ensuring timely payments and effectively following up on overdue balances.
- Bank Reconciliations: Conduct regular bank reconciliations to keep financial records up to date.
- Reporting on Excel: Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports using Excel.
- Petty Cash Management: Oversee and record petty cash transactions.
- Ad Hoc Finance Duties: Support the finance team with various finance-related tasks as needed.
About You:
- Experience: You have a proven track record in a finance or accounting role or advanced Excel skills.
- Skills: Proficient in Excel and accounting software, with a keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills.
- Availability: Available to work two days per week at the Flint office.
