About the Role

A great opportunity has arisen for an HR Systems and Data Officer to play a key role in the implementation of a new HR Information System (HRIS). This role will focus on streamlining processes, improving data integrity, and developing tailored HR metrics. You’ll also provide user training and have the option to gain experience in employee relations support.

Working as part of a dynamic HR team, you’ll help drive efficiency and create systems that transform how people processes are managed across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement a new HRIS and ensure efficient workflows.
  • Ensure accuracy during data migration.
  • Develop HR metrics to support organisational needs.
  • Deliver training and create user guides for staff.
  • Option to support the team with employee relations cases.
