Regional Health & Safety Advisor | Remote (Birmingham and surrounding) | £45k-£50k | 90% site / 10% Office/home

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Regional Health & Safety Advisor to join a leading construction company with a strong record of growth and expansion. The successful candidate will join a dynamic and supportive team and will have the opportunity to progress into senior leadership roles. Reporting to the Health and Safety leadership team, you will be responsible for conducting safety inspections and monitoring health and safety standards across multiple sites in the West Midlands region. We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual with excellent communication skills, client focus, and commercial acumen. Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct inspections on various construction sites
  • Provide support and guidance to site teams on all health and safety aspects
  • Review safe systems of work
  • Conduct workplace inspections and report findings
  • Lead investigations into accidents or incidents

Role Requirements:

  • At least two years of experience in a busy, site-based health and safety role within the construction industry - essential
  • Excellent communication skills with experience in client-facing roles
  • Technical knowledge and experience in providing health and safety support in the construction and building services sectors
  • Proficient in IT and report writing

Qualifications:

  • NEBOSH Construction - essential
  • CSCS Professional card
  • First aid trained
