KPI Recruiting is partnering with a leading firm based in Frodsham to recruit an Executive Administrator. This role is vital in supporting the Director and managing key accounts, playing a crucial part in the company's growth and fostering strong relationships with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee contract management
  • Engage with customers and maintain strong client relationships
  • Handle communications on behalf of the Director
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage diaries
  • Compile reports and presentations
  • Coordinate and book travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Implement administrative procedures and systems
  • Attend review meetings to provide support and insights
  • Onboard new clients and ensure smooth integration
  • Perform general administrative tasks to support the team
