Jackson Hogg is supporting a fantastic, well known manufacturing business based in Team Valley on the appointment of an Accounting Assistant.Responsibilities:• Responsible for raising customer invoices• End to end management of Accounts Receivable Ledger including monthly reviews and balance sheet reconciliation• Update of cashflow actuals & forecast on a weekly basis• Credit Control for Sales Ledger• Credit checks for new customers• Sending statements to customers• Regular updates of customer via credit safe• Continuous management of customer credit limits• Host weekly debtor calls• Allocate receipts to invoices on a timely basis• Issue Customer statements/reminders• Maintain the Accounts Receivable inbox daily, making sure all queries are monitored Experience• Previous experience of working in an accounting function• Strong knowledge in MS Office, especially Excel It would also be great (but not essential) if in addition to the above you also had:• Experience working with NetSuite• Enthusiastic, flexible and able to thrive and succeed in times of ambiguity and change• Structured individual with ability to interact and communicate at all levels of the organisation• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communications and relationship building skills with internal and external stakeholders
