A motivated Fire Risk Assessor required to join a BAFE accredited consultancy in Gateshead, covering the Northeast and occasionally Cumbria, must be based near the Gateshead office.
The Fire Risk Assessor
As the Fire Risk Assessor, you will be carrying out primarily type 3 assessments across community homes, sheltered accommodation and other residential dwellings.
You must have a minimum of 12 months experience completing Fire Risk Assessments.
As a BAFE accredited consultancy, reports are taken seriously and are validated by a validator.
Fire Risk Assessor Role
- Type 3 Assessments in residential areas
- Type 1 assessments
- Concise report writing
- Fire Safety Order (Regulatory Reform)
- Undertaking audits for Fire Risk Assessments
- Travel to Durham, Teesside, Gateshead, Newcastle, and Cumbria.
Qualifications of the Fire Risk Assessor
Ideally you will have some or more of the below:
- NEBOSH Fire Safety
- FPA Fire Risk Assessment course
