We are looking for a Care Team Leader to join a well-established provider of supported living services for people with learning disabilities and autism. The Role
As a Care Team Leader, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centered care. Working closely with the Registered Manager, you will lead a team of support staff, ensuring that the highest standards of care are met across all services.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee person-centered support plans, ensuring they are regularly reviewed and updated.
Provide leadership and guidance to support staff, fostering a motivated and engaged team.
Ensure compliance with clinical governance and quality assurance systems.
Assist with budget reviews, staff rotas, and relationship-building with external agencies.
Support recruitment, induction, training, and performance management of staff.
Act as a role model, ensuring a culture of excellence and compassion.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:

Previous experience in a similar managerial role within a care setting.
An NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or a willingness to work towards it).
A passion for delivering high-quality care and supporting individuals to achieve their goals.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
