Were seeking an ambitious and dynamic Telesales Team Leader with a passion for sales, leadership, and driving success. If youre experienced in outbound sales management, have a talent for motivating teams and want to earn uncapped commission and bonuses, this is the opportunity for you!
Youll be responsible for building, training and leading a high-performing telesales team focused on outbound cold calling to business owners. Your team will identify opportunities, explain how our clients innovative communication solutions can save businesses over 30% annually and set qualified appointments for field-based Business Executives.
Person Criteria:
- Proven experience as a team leader or manager in outbound telesales or cold calling
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
- Results-driven mindset and passion for exceeding targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- 2+ years in outbound sales or appointment setting (essential)
- 1+ year in telesales management or team leadership (required)
Salary & Benefits:
