- Provide cross-functional support and coordination throughout lifecycle of ERP and other software implementations
- Understand the responsibilities, requirements and limitations of each department - having a holistic view of the business operation
- Identify strategic systematic improvement opportunities across the business, inclusive new business ventures and change in process.
- Draft, document, review and implement all ERP system developments
- Facilitate all third-party integrations across various integration mediums
- Demonstrable experience in business process management, change management and software implementations
- 4+ years experience of an operation ERP - SAP ECC and or S4 Hana preferred
- Commercial experience in project coordination and ERP implementations
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, across multiple projects, managing a variable workload.
