2nd Line IT Support Engineer
Gateshead
£27,000 - £32,000
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Providing 2nd line technical support to a diverse client base.
- Supporting onsite client operations alongside remote troubleshooting.
- Assisting with escalations from 1st line support to ensure swift resolutions.
- Offering clear, communicative technical support to clients via email, phone, and in person.
- Collaborating with internal teams to enhance IT systems and resolve technical issues.
Tech Requirements:
- Active Directory
- Office 365
- Windows Server and/or Apple OS
- Networking and VOIP
- Hardware setups and troubleshooting
