The company is seeking an Architectural Technician Part II to join their architectural practice.
The role includes tasks related to architectural design and technical drawings, with working hours of 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday.
Candidates should have proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop, and others, along with a strong understanding of building regulations.
A degree in Architecture or a related field is required, and the firm offers a competitive salary ranging from £20,000 to £30,000 based on experience.
The position also includes benefits like a performance bonus, on-site parking, and 20 days of annual leave, which increases with service.

We are looking for an Architectural Technician Part II to join a developing Architectural practice.The role involves day-to-day tasks related to architectural design and technical drawings.

The working hours are 37.5 per week, 9am 5:30pm (an hour lunch break), Monday to Friday.

Essentials:

-Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Sketch-up and other design software

-Strong understanding of building regulations and construction methods

-Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Qualifications:

-Degree in Architecture or related field

The firm offers a competitive salary £20,000 - £30,000 depending on experience, plus performance bonus, on-site parking, 20 days annual leave (increasing with service, 25 days) + bank holidays etc.
