We are seeking a Customer Service Executive to manage and support both existing and newly acquired customer accounts. About the Role:As a Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, onboarding new clients, tracking and processing orders, and offering virtual product training. This is a phone-based role with no cold calling, focused on maintaining and strengthening relationships with established customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain accurate customer profiles and track interactions using CRM software.
- Monitor product consumption and order history, assisting customers in meeting program requirements.
- Cross-sell additional products to existing customers.
- Assist with order processing, deliveries, and collections.
- Provide product training and troubleshooting support via video calls.
- Coordinate the dispatch and tracking of equipment placements and returns.
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or order management.
- Strong phone presence.
- Excellent multitasking and time-management skills.
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to solve problems creatively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and experience with CRM platforms.
- £25,500 base salary
