We are seeking a Customer Service Executive to manage and support both existing and newly acquired customer accounts. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong relationships with customers.

About the Role:

As a Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, onboarding new clients, tracking and processing orders, and offering virtual product training. This is a phone-based role with no cold calling, focused on maintaining and strengthening relationships with established customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain accurate customer profiles and track interactions using CRM software.
  • Monitor product consumption and order history, assisting customers in meeting program requirements.
  • Cross-sell additional products to existing customers.
  • Assist with order processing, deliveries, and collections.
  • Provide product training and troubleshooting support via video calls.
  • Coordinate the dispatch and tracking of equipment placements and returns.
What We’re Looking For:
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or order management.
  • Strong phone presence.
  • Excellent multitasking and time-management skills.
  • A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to solve problems creatively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and experience with CRM platforms.
