As a Care Coordinator, you’ll play a crucial role in our client’s business, overseeing and managing the coordination of rota’s for a domiciliary care service. Your exceptional organisational skills, communication abilities, and passion for providing high-quality care will shine in this challenging yet rewarding position.

On offer is a salary of £25,000 - £28,000 per annum. 25 days leave plus bank holidays, and career development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities for the Care Coordinator

  • Produce the rota for care workers using an efficient roster system, rota’s are created 4 weeks in advance.
  • Facilitate care assessments and reviews, ensuring customer requirements are met in accordance with guidelines
  • Conduct supervision and on-site supervision sessions with frontline employees
  • Interview potential care worker applicants to ensure the best fit for our team
  • Provide support with medication checks, transcribing, and MAR Chart Auditing
  • Resolve any customer issues or complaints promptly and professionally
  • Support the growth of the business
  • Participate in the branch on-call rota

What we’re looking for:

  • Prior experience as a Care Coordinator / Care Scheduler within a Domiciliary Care or Extra Care service
  • Car Driver with own vehicle
  • A desire to uphold high quality care delivery
  • Excellent customer services skills and telephone manner
